Hari is a Melbourne-based mortgage broker with a passion for helping first home buyers and investors achieve their property goals.

With years of experience in the industry, Hari has developed a deep understanding of the local property market and is committed to providing his clients with tailored solutions that meet their unique needs. He takes pride in his ability to simplify the complex world of mortgages and guide his clients through the process with ease.

Director

Srikanth has considerable experience in the Australian mortgage industry.

Prior to founding Mortgage IP, Srikanth worked as a mobile manager with ANZ and was one of the bank’s top loan writers in Victoria for four years consecutively and was responsible for approving some of its most complex lending. During that time he was recognised as one of the top 200 employees of the ANZ worldwide.

His background in credit gives him a profound understanding of the complexities involved in structuring intricate finance solutions and strategies to enable clients to achieve their wealth creation goals. Srikanth’s scientific approach to banking allows him to provide competitive financial solutions with a personalised experience.

Arnoldas Kazilionis

Mortgage Solutions Manager

Arnoldas Kazilionis, our Mortgage Solutions Manager at the MortgageIP Sydney branch, brings an extensive financial background, including a Master’s degree in Economic Policy from Vilnius University, Lithuania, with deep engagements in business management and global project management. His professional journey spans high-stakes environments like financial consulting and real estate wealth management.

His experience is across continents and cities such as Lithuania, Spain, Dubai, and Australia. Arnoldas leverages his experience in financial planning, investment and real estate management, and client relationship building to offer strategic mortgage solutions tailored to each client's unique financial needs.
